These Terms & Conditions govern your use of all macOS applications published by MT Apps ("Developer," "we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

2. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Apps, including software, graphics, trademarks, and documentation, remain the property of the Developer or its licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Apps except where permitted by law.
• Use the Apps for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Apps.
• Redistribute or resell the Apps unless expressly authorized.

4. Updates

We may release updates, bug fixes, or new features at any time.

Some updates may be required for continued functionality.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

Certain Apps may include optional in-app purchases or subscriptions processed through Apple.

Pricing, billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are governed by Apple's policies.

6. Availability

We strive to keep our Apps available and functioning properly but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every macOS version or hardware configuration.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use or inability to use the Apps.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable App, if any.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to App features if required by law or to protect the security or integrity of our services.

You may stop using the Apps at any time by uninstalling them.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Apps after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
